Forming a Coalition to Bring Attention to E-Bike Regulation in China

To help bring awareness and attention on the need for e-bike regulation, road safety advocates created the Tianjin Road Safety Alliance. A coalition can be an effective way to bring advocacy voices together to make a widespread impact.

Tactics in this Case Study include: engaging traditional media through awareness events, hosting joint media events and walk-a-thons, as well as, gathering and sharing data within a coalition.
