Duty of Care Summit & Awards 2017 – International SOS Foundation
Achievements in travel risk management rarely receive the recognition they deserve – which is why GRSP is glad to share with you that our member, International SOS Foundation, has announced its second annual global Duty of Care Summit & Awards 2017 which is now taking entries.
The awards aim to honour those who have developed best practices or innovated in health, travel and security risk management to protect their employees working across borders. The awards are open to all companies, institutions and non-government organizations in all sectors. As Duty of Care touches many different stakeholders, those working in Human Resources, Occupational Health & Safety, Security, Risk Management, Travel Management and other business functions are encouraged to apply.
Besides a trophy, certificate and the entitlement to use a special logo, the award winners will be celebrated for their efforts at a special event at which they will be able to meet and network with like-minded people interested in the Duty of Care agenda.
Amongst more than 100 entries last year, Dow Chemicals, Thomson Reuters, SAP and OCBC Bank were the 2016 winners. Their case studies make excellent reading and can be found here: www.dutyofcareawards.com/2016-winners.
International SOS Foundation has assembled an expert panel of ten judges who will score the entries. They specialize in Occupational Health, Security, Risk Management, HR and Global Mobility. More information about the judges is available on the webpage.
